Harley Biker Couple shoot in the Quantock Hills – Sam & Maddie.
There’s something about a Harley Davidson that just oozes style, attitude, and timeless cool – and when you combine that with a couple totally in love, you get pure magic. Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Sam and Maddie for a biker coupleshoot in the stunning Quantock Hills, Somerset.
Sam brought along his pride and joy – a beautiful Harley Davidson – which became the perfect prop and centrepiece for this session. The rugged charm of the bike paired effortlessly with the rolling hills, wild greenery, and open skies of the Quantocks. The result? A photoshoot that felt cinematic, romantic, and a little bit rebellious.
I shot using both my Nikon D850 and D700, switching between them to capture a variety of perspectives and details. My 58mm 1.4 prime lens was the hero of the day, allowing me to create that gorgeous depth of field and soft, dreamy background blur. For editing, I blended vibrant colour with bold black-and-white images to give the gallery an edgy, artistic feel – perfect for the biker theme.
Sam and Maddie were naturals in front of the camera. Whether they were leaning casually against the Harley, laughing together, or riding through the landscape, their connection was effortless and genuine. That’s what I love most about styling shoots like this – it’s not just about the bike, the outfits, or the location, it’s about capturing the story and personality of the couple. LETS PLAN SOMETHING!
If you’ve been dreaming of a biker coupleshoot that feels raw, stylish, and completely unique, I’d love to bring your vision to life. Whether you’re roaring down country roads or posing under open skies, your Harley (or any bike you love) deserves to be part of your love story.
