Hestercombe House Wedding & Venue | On Digital & 35mm Film

Antonia & Guy are based on London knew they wanted a countryside wedding away from the city, with Guy having family in Somerset they knew this was the county to tie the knot. West is Somerset is sprawling with open countryside and it gave the perfect backdrop for what they had in mind. My first stop on the morning of the wedding was at a farm along the road towards Minehead, this is where I was able to capture the morning preparation’s. The morning stared slightly overcast giving a nice soft light, but the forecast was for sun later on and this sure did arrive.

Hestercombe House located on the edge of Taunton has been a wedding venue for many years, it is well known for its floral gardens and orangery where wedding ceremonies are held. To the left of the entrance on the way towards the house you have the reception and this is only a short walk from where couples get married. The wedding venue also is also popular for its floral gardens where couples can wander around for their wedding photos.

During this day I took photos one my Nikon d850, Nikon d700 and Nikon F100 for 35mm film.
