Digital Wedding Photography
Digital wedding photography gives me the freedom to document your wedding day in a refined, editorial way—capturing both the scale of the occasion and the quiet, fleeting moments in between. Working with two, and sometimes three, digital cameras fitted with carefully chosen focal length lenses allows me to move fluidly through the day. From wide, atmospheric scenes to intimate close-ups, this approach ensures your story is told with depth, balance, and intention.
All of my digital wedding photography is created using professional-grade cameras and fast prime lenses, chosen for their ability to perform beautifully in both natural light and low-light environments. Wide-aperture prime lenses add a soft, elegant separation between subject and background, creating images with a timeless, editorial feel. Photographs are captured at 24MP and 12MP, offering exceptional resolution for fine-art printing. Your images are delivered in full resolution via a private online gallery, with no downsizing, giving you complete creative freedom in how you print and display your photographs.
My digital wedding photography setup includes Nikon D850 and Nikon D700 cameras, alongside a Fuji X100F for black-and-white imagery. I also shoot 35mm film weddings using a Nikon F3, which you can view here. Digital wedding photography also allows for the discreet use of flash when needed, ensuring clean, consistent imagery while maintaining a natural, editorial aesthetic throughout the day.
